Understanding the Account Info Tab

Every Instagram account in Influxie has three tabs: Analytics, Sessions, and Account Info. The Account Info tab is the summary page — it shows the key facts about that one Instagram account, like how many sessions it has run, its latest follower count, its content category, and its subscription.

Where to Find It

1. Go to the Accounts page
2. Click the Instagram account you want to look at
3. Open the Account Info tab

What You’ll See

Total Sessions

A count of how many session reports exist for this account — in other words, how many times the bot has run for it.

Followers

The most recent follower count Influxie has captured for this account. If no count has been captured yet, you’ll see “N/A”.

This number is updated as sessions run. It’s a snapshot from the last session, not a live feed from Instagram.

Content Category

The niche this account belongs to — for example Fitness, Tech, or Fashion. The category shapes who the bot targets for you.

Who can change it:

• Editors and above (Editors, Admins, Owners): can pick a different category from a dropdown. The change saves itself automatically — there’s no Save button.
• Viewers: see the category as read-only text and can’t change it.

Subscription Plan

The name of the plan that pays for this account.

Cancel (Admins and Owners only)

A link that opens the Stripe payment portal in a new tab, where an admin or owner can cancel the subscription for this account. Editors and viewers don’t see this.

Cancelling suspends the account (it’s not permanent) and can be undone from the Stripe portal. See Removing an Instagram Account for the full picture.

Changing or Requesting a Content Category

Your content category isn’t locked in after you connect your account — you can change it any time from this tab (if you’re an Editor or above).

Pick a different category

Use the Content category dropdown and choose a new niche. It saves automatically.

Request a new category

If your niche isn’t in the list, you can ask for one to be added:

1. Look for the line “Can’t find a category? Click here to request a new category…” (the word “here” is a link).
2. Click here to open the Request a New Category window.
3. Suggest the category you need and submit.

You’ll find the same “request a new category” link when you first connect an account, too.

Common Questions

Why does my follower count show “N/A”? Because no session has captured a follower count yet. Once the bot runs a session for this account, the latest count appears here.

Who can change the content category? Editors, Admins, and Owners. Viewers can see it but not change it.

Can I cancel a subscription from this tab? Yes, if you’re an Admin or Owner — the Cancel link opens the Stripe portal, where the actual cancellation happens. Editors and Viewers don’t see the link.

Is cancelling permanent? No. Cancelling suspends the account, and it can be reactivated from the Stripe portal. See Removing an Instagram Account.
