Managing Your Subscription

Once your subscription is active, you may need to view invoices, update payment methods, or make changes to your plan. All of this is handled securely through the Stripe Customer Portal.

Accessing the Billing Page

  1. Go to Workspace from the main menu
  2. Select Billing from the options
  3. The billing page displays your subscription overview

Who Can Access Billing

Only users with the following roles can manage billing:

  • Owner: Full access to all billing functions
  • Admin: Can manage billing and subscriptions
  • Editor/Viewer: No access (redirected to the dashboard)

Understanding the Billing Page

The billing page provides a comprehensive view of your subscriptions:

    • Example: “$65 USD/month per account”

    Active Subscriptions

    • “Next billing cycle starts [DATE]”
    • Shows when your next payment will be processed

    Trial Subscriptions

    • “Your free trial is active and will end on [DATE]”
    • “After that, we’ll automatically charge the payment method you provided when you signed up.”
    • Link to Manage Accounts to update payment details

    Cancel-at-Period-End Subscriptions

    • “You have cancelled this account” (orange text)
    • “Your subscription has been cancelled. You will not be charged again.”
    • “You can continue to access and use your account as usual until [DATE].”
    • “Reactivate your subscription by clicking Manage accounts.”

    Payment Problem

    • “There has been an issue with your payment” (orange text)

Plans and Pricing

Influxie has a single plan: $65 USD per month per Instagram account. There are no tiers to upgrade or downgrade between, and no proration. Each Instagram account is its own subscription—you can add or cancel accounts independently as your needs change.

Cancelling Your Subscription

Important: The Influxie billing page does not cancel subscriptions itself. All cancellations, reactivations, and card changes happen in the Stripe Customer Portal, which you open with the “Manage Accounts” button.

How to Cancel

  2. Click “Manage Accounts”
  3. In the Stripe portal, find “Cancel subscription”
  4. Select a cancellation reason (optional)

What Happens After Cancellation

  • No further charges: You won’t be billed again
  • Access continues: Features remain available until the billing period ends
  • Data retention: Your data is retained for a period after cancellation
  • Can reactivate: You can reactivate anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal

  2. Your cancelled subscription shows the end date
  3. Click “Manage Accounts” to open the Stripe portal
  4. Find the option to reactivate your plan
  5. Confirm the reactivation in the portal

Managing Multiple Accounts
