Creating Your Influxie Account

Ready to start managing your Instagram growth? Creating your Influxie account is quick and easy. This guide walks you through the registration process step by step.

Registration Options

Influxie offers two convenient ways to create your account:

Option 1: Email and Password Registration

This traditional method gives you full control over your account credentials.

Step 1: Visit the Registration Page

Navigate to the Influxie registration page. You’ll see a clean form with the following fields:

Step 2: Enter Your Information

Fill in the required details:

• Name: Your full name
• Email: A valid email address that you have access to
• Password: Create a secure password with:
  • At least 8 characters
  • A mix of uppercase and lowercase letters
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character
• Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to verify
• Terms & Conditions: Check the box to agree

Step 3: Complete Registration

Click the “Get started” button to create your account.

Option 2: Google Sign-Up

Already have a Google account? You can use it for quick, one-click registration.

How it Works:

1. Click the “Continue with Google” button below the registration form
2. Sign in to your Google account if prompted
3. Influxie will automatically import your:
   • Name
   • Email address
4. Your account is created instantly with automatic verification

Pro Tip: Google sign-up intentionally skips both email verification and two-factor authentication (2FA), so you can get started faster. However, you’ll still complete the onboarding flow to set up your workspace.

Email Verification

If you registered with email/password, you’ll need to verify your email address before you can complete onboarding and access Influxie.

Step 1: Check Your Inbox

After registering, you’ll be redirected to the activation page. Look for an email from Influxie in your inbox.

Step 2: Click the Verification Link

Open the email and click the verification link. This confirms your email address is valid and activates your account.

Step 3: Access Your Account

Once verified, you’ll be automatically redirected to continue the onboarding process.

Important: You cannot complete onboarding or access the Influxie platform until your email is verified. If you try to sign in before activating, you’ll see a “Please activate your account” message and be returned to the activation page. This is a mandatory security step.

Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it within a few minutes, return to the activation page and click the resend option.

What Happens Next?

After email verification (or immediately after Google sign-up), continue your setup: see Setting Up Your Workspace.

After completing registration and onboarding, you’ll be redirected to the main dashboard where you can:

1. Start your free trial - Begin with 7 days of full access
2. Add your first Instagram account - Connect your Instagram profile
3. Configure your engagement settings - Set up your growth strategy

Common Questions

Can I change my email later? For security reasons, email addresses cannot be changed after registration. If you need to use a different email, please contact Influxie support for assistance.

Troubleshooting

Not receiving verification emails:

1. Check your spam/junk folder
2. Add Influxie to your email contacts
3. Click “Resend verification” on the activation page
4. Try a different email address if issues persist

Password not being accepted:

• Ensure you meet all password requirements
• Check for accidental spaces before/after your password
• Use the “Forgot password” option to reset
