What’s Included in Your Trial

During your trial period, you have access to:

One Instagram account: Connect one account to get started

Trial Duration

Your free trial lasts for 7 days from the date you sign up. This gives you a full week to:

Complete your account setup
Add your Instagram account
Configure your engagement settings
Run your first sessions
See initial results

Payment Method Required

To start your trial, you’ll need to add a valid payment method. Don’t worry—you won’t be charged until your trial ends. This ensures a smooth transition if you decide to continue using Influxie.

Trial Expiration Indicator

While your trial is active, a banner in the page header shows how much trial time remains:

Days remaining: shown when more than 24 hours are left
Hours remaining: shown when under 24 hours are left

What Happens When Your Trial Ends

When your 7-day trial concludes:

Your payment method is automatically charged for the first month’s subscription
Your account continues without interruption—all your data and settings are preserved
Your activity keeps running—no need to restart or reconfigure

If Payment Fails

If your initial payment doesn’t go through:

You’ll receive an email notification
Your account will show a “Payment issue” alert
Visit Workspace → Billing → Manage Accounts to update your payment details
You’ll have time to resolve the issue before your service is affected

Cancelling During Your Trial

If you decide Influxie isn’t right for you:

Go to Workspace → Billing
Click “Manage Accounts” to access the Stripe portal
Cancel your subscription before the trial ends
You won’t be charged, and your account will remain active until the trial period ends

FAQ

Will I be charged immediately when I sign up?

No. Your payment method is verified when you start your trial, but you won’t be charged until the 7-day trial period ends.

Can I extend my trial?

Trial extensions are not available. The free trial is a one-time benefit per workspace—if you cancel and resubscribe later, you won’t receive another trial period.

What happens if I add more than one account during my trial?

Each additional account requires a separate subscription. You’ll be prompted to complete checkout when adding a second account.

Can I keep my data if I cancel after the trial?

Your data is retained for a period after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, your settings and analytics will be restored.
