Setting Up Your Workspace

When you create your Influxie account, you’ll set up a workspace. This is the foundation for managing your Instagram engagement, team members, and billing.

What is a Workspace?

Your workspace in Influxie is where you can:

Connect Instagram accounts - Add multiple Instagram profiles under one roof
Invite team members - Collaborate with others using role-based permissions
Manage subscriptions - Handle billing for all connected accounts
View analytics - Track growth across all your Instagram profiles

Think of your workspace as your business’s home base on Influxie.

Creating Your Workspace

Your workspace is created during the onboarding flow, right after registration.

Step 1: Choose Your Workspace Name

During onboarding, you’ll be prompted to enter a Workspace name. This should represent:

Your business name (e.g., “Acme Marketing Agency”)
Your personal brand (e.g., “Sarah’s Photography”)
Your team name (e.g., “Social Media Squad”)

Pro Tip: Choose a name that clearly identifies your business or brand. This name appears in your dashboard and team invitations.

Step 2: Automatic Owner Role Assignment

As the person who creates the workspace, you’re automatically assigned the Owner role. This gives you full control over everything in your workspace.

Step 3: Complete Setup

Click “Continue” to finalize your workspace and access the dashboard.

Workspace Dashboard

After completing setup, you’ll see your main dashboard with:

Header Elements:

“Add an account” button - Top right, for adding new Instagram accounts
Profile selector - Dropdown for managing multiple Instagram accounts
Timeframe selector - Choose 7 days, 14 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or 1 year for analytics (30 days is the default)

Followers Growth chart showing your progress over time
Session activity tracking
Engagement metrics
Quick access to manage your Instagram accounts

Starting Your Free Trial

After setting up your workspace, you’ll be prompted to start your free trial.

Trial Details:

Duration: 7 days
Access: Full feature access during the trial
Payment: Credit card required for trial activation
After Trial: Your card will be billed for the monthly subscription

To Start Your Trial:

Click on the subscription prompt or navigate to checkout
Select your plan
Enter payment information via Stripe
Complete checkout
Your trial begins immediately

Note: You’ll see an in-header expiry banner showing the days remaining (or hours, if under 24h) until your trial ends.

Team members (invite, remove, change roles)
Billing and subscriptions via Stripe customer portal
Workspace deletion (Owner only)

Common Questions

Can I have multiple workspaces? No. Each user account is associated with exactly one workspace — there is no multi-workspace setup or workspace switcher.

Can I change my workspace name later? Yes, but this requires assistance from our support team. Please contact Influxie support if you need to change your workspace name.

What happens if I delete my workspace? Deleting your workspace removes all data, including connected Instagram accounts, team members, and analytics. This action cannot be undone.

Do I need a workspace if I’m a solo user? Yes! Even solo users have a workspace. It’s simply your personal home base on Influxie.

Can I transfer ownership to someone else? Yes, Owners can transfer ownership to another team member. The previous Owner becomes an Admin.
